摘    要:机组动静部件碰摩是运行中常见的重要故障,它对正常运转有直接影响。现场碰摩的诊断难度较高,不及时、不准确的诊断都会造成经济损失。结合某电厂一台300MW机组低压通流部分发生碰摩时实际的振动数据,介绍了碰摩发生时传感器间隙电压、转轴静态轨迹以及相位表现出的征兆和特征,并介绍了现场紧急处理这种故障的方法。

Abstract:The rubbing, which has a bad effect on turbo generators, is frequently found in power plants and complicated in diagnosis. An untimely and imprecise diagnosis will cause a large lost. From vibration statistics of a 300MW unit, the article introduced the gap plot, the shaft average centerline plot, the shaft moving centerline plot, and the phase analysis, all of which are important in the diagnosis of this fault. It also put forward a general method in coping with this kind of fault.
