CO2保护碱性药芯焊丝熔滴过渡及影响因素

摘    要:研究了CO2保护碱性药芯焊丝的熔滴过渡形式和焊接工艺参数、药芯粉成分对熔滴过渡形式的影响。结果表明,CO2保护碱性药芯焊丝的熔滴过渡形式可分为短路过渡、粗滴排斥过渡和细颗粒过渡。药芯焊丝熔化时存在液态渣柱,影响熔滴的短路过渡和粗滴排斥过渡。随焊接电流、电压的增加,熔滴从短路过渡逐渐转变成粗滴排斥过渡,最后变成细颗粒过渡。随药芯粉中氟硅酸钠的增加或萤石的减少,熔滴的平均直径减小,过渡频率增加。硅铁、锰铁和铝镁合金均能降低熔滴中氧的含量,使熔滴粗化和过渡频率降低。

Abstract:The droplet transfer formations of CO2 gas shielded basic flux-cored wire, the influence of welding paramcters and the percent of flut in flux-cored wire on droplet tronsfer have been studied. The research results show that the droplet transfer formations are classified into short circuit transfer, globular repelled transfer and small drop transfer. As the welding current and voltage increase, the mode of metal transfer changes from short circuit transfer into globular repelled transfer and then into small drop transfer. With the increased content of Na2SiF6 or the decreased content of CaF2 in flux, the diameter of droplet decreases and the transfer frequency of droplet increases. The alloying elements Si, Mn and Al-Mg in welded metals can reduce the oxygen content in the droplet, making that the diameter of droplet becomes larger and the transfer frequency of droplet becomes lower.
