无机粘胶法局部防渗碳新工艺

摘    要:对我厂采用传统的硫酸镀铜法局部防渗碳工艺,工件在退铜过程中发生的电击伤等腐蚀现象进行分析,经过长期的摸索和实践,用无机粘胶法代替镀铜局部防渗碳,渗碳后的产品零件经过金相分析和吨位试验后,零件性能质量优于镀铜法防渗碳。在节约能源,减轻环境污染方面具有镀铜法所无法比拟的优越性。

Abstract:The corrosion caused by the electric shock during conventional decopper process is analysed. It has been proved that the performace of the workpieces treated by inorganic viscose process is superior to that from copper plating carburet protection.
