摘    要:受岩石应力、出砂、腐蚀等的影响,油井套管一般都会出现错断、变形、结垢等现象,在现有的修井工程技术条件下,很难恢复原状,致使井眼变形、缩小,甚至导致油井报废,为完善井网和提高油井的利用率,必须钻一些更新井、侧钻井,其中部分井因出砂而不能正常生产,采用常规的换向法砾石充填防砂工艺不能解决该问题。为此,研究了反循环砾石充填防砂工艺,并对东辛油田3口井进行了现场先导性试验,施工一次成功率100%,有效率100%;初期日产液量49.8m3,日产油量11.5t,平均单井日增油3.8/t,综合含水率80.5%,累积增产原油5871t,取得了较好的效果。实践证明该工艺为解决套变井、侧钻井、变壁厚等特殊井身结构井的防砂以及挖潜增效提供了一种新的途径和思路。

Abstract:fluenced by rock stress, sand production, corrosion and some other factors, the phenomena of dislocation, deformation and scale formation often emerge in oil well casing. Under the current work-over engineering technical conditions, restoring original state is difficult. This will cause borehole deformation and well size reducing, even result in abandonment of the oil wells. In order to make well pattern perfect and improve utilization factor of oil wells, some renewable wells and sidetrack wells have to be drilled. Some of these wells can' t produce normally for sand production, using common gravel pack and sand control technique can' t solve this problem. So reverse circulation gravel pack and sand control technique is studied. Pilot test is done in three wells of Dongxin oilfield with 100% of successful ratio and effectiveness. Good result is a chieved with 49.8m3 of daily liquid production and 11.5t of oil production in early stage, 80.5% of composite water cut, 5871. Ot of cumulative incremental oil. Practice proves that this technique provide a new approach and thinking for sand control and tapping potential to improve effect in special-casing-configuration wells of the casing deformation well, the sidetrack well or the variable-casing-wall-thickness well.
