卧螺离心机螺旋输送器转子系统的动力学分析

摘    要:为了通过螺旋输送器转子系统的动力学特性来研究其工作性能,本文利用有限元软件ANSYS,建立了螺旋输送器转子系统的有限元模型,并进行了模态分析和谐响应分析,计算出转子系统的固有频率和振型,从绘制的Campbell图得出临界转速。研究了转子系统在不平衡激励之后可能产生的共振问题,同时绘制了共振位移与频率的关系图。结果表明,基于ANSYS软件的有限元分析方法方便、实用,对临界转速的分析可以作为避免共振的理论依据,第1阶临界转速时不同位置的共振情况分析为实现卧螺离心机的状态监测和故障诊断提供了参考。

Abstract:In order to study the operating performance of screw conveyor rotor system through the dynamic characteris- tics, the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of the screw conveyor rotor system were made after the finite ele ment model of rotor system of screw conveyor established with the finite element analysis software ANSYS in the paper, calculating its natural frequency and mode of vibration system and getting the critical speed via CAMPBELL chart. Then the resonance problem of the rotor may produce after unbalance excitation was researched with the relationship diagram between resonance displacement and frequency. The results showed that the finite element analysis method based on the ANSYS is convenient and practical, and the analysis of the critical speed can be used as the theoretical basis of avoiding resonance and the first order critical speed resonance problem in different positions provided a reference for the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis for decanter centrifuge.
