工业厂房腐蚀性损伤鉴定与加固

以某电镀车间厂房为例，根据现场检测和计算结果，分析了该厂房气相腐蚀介质环境中钢筋混凝土柱厂房损伤情况，并依据国家标准《工业建筑可靠性鉴定标准》（GBJ144－90）的评定细则，对该建筑的结构构件进行了可靠性鉴定。为保证结构的耐久性，针对该厂房存在的问题提出了相应的修补、加固和防腐处理意见。最后，对一般厂房的腐蚀性损伤鉴定和维护使用提出了具体的意见和建议。

Damage Evaluation and Strengthening for Industrial Building Suffered from Corrosive Substance

A plating shop was tested site and computed in the labor atory as example, the degree of impairment of this industrial building with rein forced-concrete column was analyzed in gas phase erosive environment. Based on t he assessment rules of the national standard GBJ144-90, the evaluation for this structure and its member was made. To ensure structural durability, the repairin g, strengthening and corrosion protection measures were put forward to overcome the defectiveness of the building. Some suggestions about the evaluation and mai ntenance for industrial buildings subject to corrosion were also made.
