胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者T淋巴细胞亚群的观察

目的探讨胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（ＩＤＤＭ）患者外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞各亚群的变化。方法本研究采用ＳＰＡ间接花环法，测定了３４例病程为０．５～１．５ａ的ＩＤＤＭ患者和５０例正常人外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群。结果显示两组间ＣＤ４无显著性差异，而ＣＤ３、ＣＤ８、ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８的差异有显著性。可见，外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群失衡，特别是ＣＤ８数目减少，是ＩＤＤＭ发病的一个重要因素。

THE OBSERVATION OF T-LYMPHOCYTE SUBSETS FROM PERIPHERAL BLOOD OF IDDM PATIENTS

Objective To find out the changes of T-lymphocyte subsets from the peripheral blood of IDDM patients. Methods T-lymphocyte subsets from the peripheral blood of 34 IDDM patients whose case histories were ranged from 0.5 to 1.5 year and 50 normal persons were examined by using the method of indirect SPA. Results There were no remarkable differences in CD4 between the two groups. But there were significant difference in Cd3, CD8, and CD4/CD8. Conclusion The imbalance of T-lymphocyte subsets from the peripheral blood, especially the decrease in number of CD8, is an important factor that leads to IDDM.
