摘    要:目的分析反流性食管炎患者的心率变异性,了解其自主神经功能变化情况。方法采用动态心电图仪对43例反流性食管炎患者(反流组)和30例健康者(正常对照组)的24h动态心电图进行心率变异性时域分析。选择以下指标:①24h相邻窦性R-R间期差值的均方根值(RMSSD);②24h每5分钟正常R—R间期平均值的标准差(SDANN)。结果反流组与正常对照组比较RMSSD明显增高(P〈0.01),SDANN亦明显增高(P〈0.05)。结论反流性食管炎患者可能存在自主神经功能紊乱,迷走神经张力明显增高,交感神经张力相对减低。

Abstract:Objective To explore the changes of autonomic nervous system activity by analysis of heart rate variability(HRV) in patients with reflux esophagitis.Methods The time domain parameters of HRV with 24-hour records by dynamic cardiograph analysis system in 43 patients of reflux esophagitis (reflux group) and 30 healthy subjects (normal control group) were analyzed.The following two time domain analysis indexes were selected:(1) RMSSD: The square root of the mean squared differences of successive R-R intervals; (2) SDANN: Standard deviation of the average R-R intervals calculated every five minutes for 24 h.Results Each parameter in reflux group was significantly higher than that in control group.RMSSD and SDANN were significantly increased (P<0.01 and P<0.05) .Conclusion Autonomic nerve dysfunction,increased vagus nerve tension and relatively decreased sympathetic nerve tension exist in the patients with reflux esophagitis.
