茶树菇多糖提取工艺研究

摘    要:分别采用热水浸提法、微波辅助法、超声波辅助法、酶法提取茶树菇多糖的提取工艺进行了研究。确定了热水浸提法的最适条件:提取温度90℃,液固比为20:1,提取3次,每次4h,醇析中加入3倍体积的无水乙醇,茶树菇多糖提取率为42.51%;微波、超声波和酶解作用均有利于多糖的提取。

Abstract:The extraction methods of Agrocybe Aegerita Polysaccharid including hot water extraction, Microwave -assised, Ultrasonic -assised , and cellulase method were investigated. The optimal extracting conditions for hot water extraction technology of extracting Agrocybe aegerita Polysaccharid by hot water: temperature 90℃, ratio of solid - liquid 1:20, the duration of time 4h and the extraction of times 3 time.
