桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤43例

目的：观察桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法：将86例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各43例,2组均采用米非司酮治疗,观察组同时服用桂枝茯苓胶囊,比较2组的疗效及治疗前,治疗后4周、8周、12周时性激素血清促卵泡激素（FSH）、孕酮（P）、雌二醇（E2）、黄体生成素（LH）的变化情况。结果：总有效率观察组为97.67%,对照组为79.07%,2组比较差异显著（P〈0.05）。2组FSH、P、E2、LH治疗后4周、8周、12周时均分别较治疗前明显降低（P〈0.05）,且观察组降低更明显（P〈0.05）。结论：桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤疗效确切,可降低性激素水平。

GuiZhi FuLing Capsule and Mifepristone in Treating 43 Cases of Hysteromyoma

Objective： To survey clinical effects of GuiZhi FuLing capsules combined with mifepristone in treating hysteromyoma. Methods：Eighty-six patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the con-trol group, 43 cases each group, both groups were treated by mifepristone, the observation group took GuiZhi FuLing capsules at the same time, clinical effects of both groups, the changes of sex hormones including FSH, P, E 2 and LH were compared among before treating, at the 4th week, 8 th week and 12 th week after treating. Results：Total effec-tive rate of the observation group was 97.67%, higher than 79.07%of the control group with significant difference （P〈0.05）. The levels of FSH, P, E2 and LH of both groups at the 4 th week, 8 th week and 12 th week after treating were lowered compared with before treating, the decrease of the observation group was more significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：GuiZhi FuLing capsules combined with mifepristone could obtain notable effects in treating hysteromy-oma, and decrease the levels of sex hormone.
