尿毒净液与肾康注射液治疗慢性肾衰竭的比较研究

目的：比较尿毒净液与肾康注射液治疗慢性肾衰竭（CRF）的临床疗效。方法：选取52例CRF患者随机分为对照组和观察组各26例,对照组在西医治疗基础上加用肾康注射液治疗,观察组在西医治疗基础上加用尿毒净液治疗,观察比较2组疗效。结果：观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为84.62%和80.77%（χ^2=10.50,P〉0.05）。治疗后2组内生肌酐清除率（CCr）、血尿素氮（BUN）和血肌酐（SCr）水平相似（P〉0.05）,均较治疗前显著改善（P〈0.05）。结论：尿毒净液治疗CRF的临床疗效与肾康注射液相当。

A Comparative Study of Urea Nitrogen Cleaning Fluid and ShenKang Injection in Treating Chronic Renal Failure

Objective：To compare clinical effects of urea nitrogen cleaning fluid and ShenKang injection in treating chronic renal failure （CRF）. Methods：Fifty-two CRF patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group, the control group were given with ShenKang injection on the foundation of western medicine and the observatioin group urea nitrogen cleaning fluid, curative effects of both groups were observed and compared. Results：Total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 84.62%and 80.77%respectively （χ^2=10.50, P〉0.05）. Endogenous creatinine clearance （CCr）, the levels of blood urea nitrogen （BUN） and serum creatinine （SCr） of both groups were similar after treating （P〉0.05）, they were improved significantly compared with before treating （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Urea nitrogen cleaning fluid shows similar effects to ShenKang Injection in the treatment for CRF.
