“Z”型煤柱诱发冲击矿压的模拟研究

摘    要:针对常村矿的冲击矿压类型,以弹性力学、岩体力学、材料力学等理论为基础,初步建立"Z"型煤柱的力学模型。"Z"型煤柱诱发型冲击矿压,其主要影响因素包括采深、工作面巷道开拓布置、顶底板岩层结构、周围煤岩体的冲击倾向性等。通过数值模拟分析了2113工作面开采过程中水平应力和垂直应力的演化规律,详细分析了"Z"型煤柱区域的应力分布规律,得出"Z"型煤柱诱发冲击的原因及机理。最后提出21采区的工作面布局,即下分层工作面巷道内错式布置,有效地避免了"Z"型煤柱、应力集中现象的发生。

Abstract:According to the types of rock burst in Changcun mine,the mechanical model of "Z" Shaped coal pillar is preliminary established based on the theory of elasticity,rock mechanics,material mechanics,etc.The major influence factors of "Z" shaped coal pillar induced rock burst include the mining depth,the development arrangement of roadway workface,roof and floor of rock structure,impact trend of surrounding coal and rock mass,etc.the evolution laws of horizontal stress and vertical stress of the 2113 mining face are simulated,then the stress distribution laws near the "Z" shaped coal pillar are analyzed in detail,which led to the cause and mechanism of "Z" shaped coal pillar induced rock burst.Finally,it proposes the working face layout of 21 mining area that effectively avoid the stress concentration of "Z" shaped coal pillar through the internal misaligned arrangement of working face of the lower slice.
