| 摘 要： | 调查并分析了云南省通海县因生殖道感染症状而到各级医疗机构就医的农村妇女对其所接受的保健服务质量的评价，进而研究了对妇女持续利用保健服务的影响。结果表明，有生殖道感染症状的妇女就诊率仅为56.5%(309/547)，其中51.8%的妇女没有再次就诊。Logistic回归分析结果显示，医务人员是否采用促进复诊的方式、医务人员的态度、医患间的信息交流程度对妇女是否持续就诊有密切关系。对上述结果的意义进行了阐述，对指导农村生殖道感染的正确治疗提供了依据。

| Abstract: | This research explores women s perception of quality of health services received for their reproductive tract infections' (RTIs) symptoms in Tonghai County, Yunnan. The results showed that the health seeking among women with RTIs symptoms was 56.5% .And 51.8% of them sought health care only once.The Logistic regression analysis found that the mechanisms to encourage continuity of care, doctor' s respectful and responsive behavior, doctor-patient information exchange had influence women's continuity of health care directly. Authors have explained the results and given some suggestions . |
