Survivin与VEGF在肺癌中的表达及意义

目的探讨Survivin及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在肺癌组织中的表达及其与患者预后的关系方法应用免疫组化法检测化疗组和非化疗组肺癌患者Survivin、VEGF的表达水平,比较Survivin、VEGF的表达与生存宰的关系。结果Survivin和VEOF在挪癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为74．3％和70．0%,二者呈正相关(r=0．562,P<0．01);两组Survivin和VEOF阴性表达者生存期明显长于阳性表达者。结论Survivin VEGF在肺癌中的表达呈正相关;二者联合检测是患者化疗疗效、预后判断的重要指标。

Expression of Survivin and VEGF and its significance in lung cancer

Objective] To evaluate the expression of Survivin and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). and its relation with patients prognosis in lung cancer. Methods] Immunohistochemical technique was used to measure the expression level of Survivin and VEGF about 35 chemotherapy and 35 non-chemotherapy lung cancer cases. Compared the relationship between the expression of Survivin , VEGF and the survival rate. Results] The positive expression rate of Survivin and VEGF was 74. 3% and 70. 0% .respectively. Survivin and VEGF expression had positive correlation (r=0. 562,P<0. 01). And the survival time of lung cancer patients with Survivin and VEGF expression negative was longer than that with postive expression. Conclusion] Survivin and VEGF expression had positive correlation in lung cancer,combined detection of Survivin and VEGF expression might be an important marker in the chemotherapy effect and prognosis.
