| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨ERCP在儿童胆胰疾病中的临床诊疗价值。方法：对2003年1月至2012年9月间进行ERCP诊断和治疗儿童胆胰疾病患者的资料进行回顾性研究，观察其疗效和并发症发生情况。结果：13例儿童患者中胆总管结石6例，胆囊切除术后残余结石1例，胆总管扩张2例，胆源性胰腺炎1例，肝外伤右叶切除术后胆道狭窄并胆漏1例，肝移植术后胆道并发症1例，先天性胆总管囊肿1例。共计行ERCP18次，其中诊断性ERCP1次，治疗性ERCP17次。术后并发症发生1次（1／18）。结论：ERCP对于儿童胆胰疾病是一种安全、有效的诊疗方法，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective： To assess the effectiveness and safety of the pediatric endoscopic retrograde cholangiopan- creatography in biliary tract and pancreatic diseases. Methods： A retrospective study of all the ERCP in children with biliary and pancreatic diseases from 2003 to 2009 in our hospital was conducted to observe the therapeutic efficacy and the postoperative complications. Results： Thirteen pediatric patients included 6 choledocholith-iasis and 1 residual stone after cholecystectomy, 2 choledoch dilation, 1 biliary pancreatitis, 1 biliary tract stenosis and leakage after the right liver lobe resection due to trauma, 1 billary complication related to hepatic transplantation, 1 congenital choledochal cyst. Conclusion ： The application of pediatric ERCP in biliary tract and pancreatic diseases is effective and safe. |
