单张纸胶印机学习系统故障模块的研发

针对单张纸胶印机故障种类多、产生原因复杂、鉴别排除困难的现状,研究和开发了单张纸胶印机学习系统的故障查询与管理模块。在科学分类印刷故障的基础上,利用Access软件建立了故障查询数据库,设计并开发了基于VB的学习系统人机界面。该研发模块支持的单张纸胶印机学习系统,具备依据故障图进行故障分类判断、原因描述及解决方案分析的功能,能够在虚拟环境下,进行印刷故障信息的检索和学习,从而为在校学生、一线工人的技术培训和工程技术人员的工艺、设备研究提供平台。
