紫外分光光度法测定姜黄素固体脂质纳米粒的包封率

摘    要:建立姜黄素固体脂质纳米粒的包封率测定方法。采用紫外分光光度法测定姜黄素固体脂质纳米粒中姜黄素的含量,由此计算包封率。透射电镜下姜黄素固体脂质纳米粒成圆形或椭圆形,平均粒径为(130.7±2.4)nm。姜黄素在432 nm处有最大吸收波长,浓度在1.05vg/mL至7.35μg/mL范围时与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为:A=0.1320C+0.0310,r=0.9993(n=7);平均回收率为99.39%,RSD为0.49%;测得姜黄素固体脂质纳米粒的包封率为90.90%,RSD为0.82%。本方法操作简单易行,准确度和精密度均符合要求,可用于姜黄素固体脂质纳米粒包封率的测定。

Abstract:To establish a methods for determination of the content of curcumin solid lipid nanoparticles. The con_tent of curcumin in curcumin solid lipid nanoparticles was determined by UV spectrophotometry, then the entrapment efficiency was calculated on the base. The curcumin solid lipid nanoparticles presented as small round or oval under transmission electron microscope(TEM)with the average diameter of about (130. 7± 2. 4) nm. The curcumin had the maximum absorption at wavelength of 432nm, and there was the good linear relationship range from 1. 05-7. 35 ug/mL. The regression equation was as follows: A=0. 1320C + 0. 0310, r=0. 9993(n=7). The average recovery rate was 99. 39%, RSD=0. 49%. The entrapment efficiency of curcumin solid lipid nanoparticles was 90. 90%, RSD=0. 82%. The method was simple, rapid and accurate, which can be used for the entrapment efficiency of solid lipid nanoparticles containing curcumin.
