大庆宋深101井欠平衡钻井技术研究与应用

摘    要:宋深101井是大庆第一口欠平衡井,与常规钻井相比,该井机械钻速明显提高,配套的欠平衡钻井地面设备在该井三开欠平衡井段进行了成功应用,创造了大庆油田开发以来钻井液密度最低条件下井壁稳定,尤其是侏罗系沙河子组泥岩井壁稳定的纪录。形成一套大庆外围深层气层的水包油欠平衡钻井液体系,取得探井侏罗系井段井径平均扩大率6%的好成绩。

Abstract:Well Songshen 101 is the first underbalanced well. Compared with conventional drilling, drilling rate was enhanced obviously and the necessary accessories were used successfully in underbalanced interval in this well. It achieved new record of sidewall stability, particularly in mire rock of ShaHeZi group of Jurassic period with the lowest drilling fluid density in Daqing. A set of underbalanced drilling fluid system of deep gas-bearing stratum in the periphery of Daqing is formed, and 6% well hole enlargement rate in Jurassic interval in exploratory well is also abtained.
