益气活血药配合常规西药治疗冠心病心绞痛临床研究

目的观察益气活血药配合常规西药治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法将83例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组（53例）和对照组（30例），治疗组采用常规西药＋益气活血中药治疗，对照组仅用常规西药治疗。观察2组患者治疗前后临床症状、心电图及血清白细胞介素-6（IL-6）的变化情况。结果治疗组心绞痛缓解、心电图改善与IL-6降低情况明显优于对照组（户〈0．05），尤其对心悸、气短、胸闷改善作用显著（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论益气活血药配合常规西药可有效治疗冠心病心绞痛。

Clinical Study of Treatment with Nourishing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation Chinese Medicine Combined with Conventional Western Medicine for Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of nourishing qi and activating blood circulation Chinese medicine combined with conventional western medicine on coronary heart disease （CHD） angina pectoris. Methods Eight-three patients with CHD angina pectoris were randomized into treatment group （53 cases） and control group （30 cases）. The treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine of nourishing qi and activating blood circulation combined with conventional western medicine, and control group was treated with conventional western medicine only. The changes of clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram were observed, and serum IL-6 was detected before and after treatment. Results The clinical symptoms of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram were obviously improved, and IL-6 was decreased. The treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）, especially for the relief of palpitations, shortness of breath and chest tightness （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The clinical effects of invigorating qi and activating blood circulation Chinese medicines combined with conventional western medicine for CHD angina pectoris is satisfactory.
