摘    要:将等离子体融断开关的融蚀模型与国内外普遍2的通用电路分析软件PSPICE相结合进行了具有该种开关的电路的模拟。模拟结果与试验基本相符,但融蚀模型高估了开关的阻抗上升率和断路阻抗。模拟结果表明存在强烈的开关-负载相互作用。本文方法使得对具有等离子体断开关的脉冲功率系统的初步设计和对开关非线性电路特性及民负载或与系统相互作用的分析变得相当简便、灵活而有效

Abstract:The simulation of electrical circuit with plasma erosion opening switch has been done on the basis of the combination of the erosion model with the world wide used electric circuit simulation software package, PSPICE. Simulated results are generally in agreement with experimentally obtained data, with the erosion model overestimating the rate of rise and the value in opened phase of the switch impedance. Furthermore, the simulation indicates strong interaction between the switch and loads. The method proposed in this paper gives great simplicity, flexibility and efficiency to the preliminary design of pulsed power systems containing PEOS and to the analyses of nonlinear switch behaviors and interactions between PEOS and loads as well as the circuit system.
