热浸镀铝钢丝镀层组织结构及性能分析

摘    要:对低碳钢丝连续热浸镀铝工艺及组织性能进行了分析。用不同的钢丝预热温度(T)和提升速度(W),在保证镀层质量的前提下,得出了预热温度与提升速度的关系表达式:T=-0.31W^2 16.2W 215;SEM-EDAX分析表明,镀层由合金层和纯铝层构成,合金层主要由Fe2Al5构成;同时还对镀铝钢丝的耐腐蚀性和力学性能进行了分析,结果表明,在钢丝出口处增设冷却装置可部分恢复在热浸镀过程中造成的钢丝强度的损失。

Abstract:Hot- dipped aluminizing (HDA) of a low carbon steel wire was carried out. Different preheating temperatures and withdraw rates were used. In all cases, a coating layer was formed which was composed of an intermetallic layer and an aluminum over- layer. For the best quality of coating, a relationship between the preheating temperature and the withdraw rate for the steel wire from aluminum bath was determined as: T = -0.31 W ~2+16.2 W +215. SEM- EDAX analysis revealed that the intermetallic layer consisted of mainly Fe_ 2Al_ 5. The corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of coating were studied. It was proved that using a cooling system at the outlet could partially eliminate the strength loss generated in HDA process.
