| 摘 要： | 目的：检测血管内皮生长因子Ｃ（ＶＥＧＦ－Ｃ）在胃癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤淋巴转移的关系。方法：采用免疫组化ＳＡＢＣ法检测５６例胃癌组织中ＶＥＧＦ－Ｃ的表达及定位。结果：５６例中１８例ＶＥＧＦ－Ｃ染色阳性，阳性率３２％，阳性物质主要位于肿瘤细胞胞浆内，在有淋巴结转移的胃癌组织中明显高于无淋巴结转移组织，低分化胃癌中的表达明显高于高、中分化胃癌。结论：ＶＥＧＦＣ的表达与胃癌肿瘤细胞的淋巴转移密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the expression of VEGF C in g astric cancer and its role in lymphatic metastasis.Methods:Paraf fin embedded specimens from 56 patients with primary gastric cancer were exam ined by immunohistochemical staining.Resu lts:Positive immunohistochemical staining for VE GF C protein was observed in 18 of all patients,the positive ratio being 32%. The VEGF C antigen was identified in the cytoplasm of cancer cells.The expression of V EGF C was conspicuously higher in lymph node positive group than in node negative group.Conclusion:VEGF C may play an important role in ly mphatic metastasis of gastric cancer. |
