贲门癌的CT诊断价值

目的：探讨贲门癌的CT诊断价值。方法：收集本院1999年-2002年间经手术病理和／或内窥镜活检证实的贲门癌69例，对其CT图像进行回顾性分析。结果：贲门部腔内肿块43例，浅表溃疡46例，侵及食道下段19例，周围组织受累13例，远处转移19例，淋巴结肿大42例。结论：CT可显示贲门癌的大小、形态、范围，判定有无周围浸润、有无淋巴结及其他脏器转移，对指导制定手术方案有较大的价值。

CT diagnosis of cardiac carcinoma

Objective:To explore the CT diagnositic value of cardiac carcinoma .Methods:CT findings and clinical data of 69 cases with cardiac carcinoma were analyzed restrospectively,all cases were conformed by operation and/or endoscopy and pathologic biopsy in our hospital between 1999 and 2002.Results:Soft tissue masses were found in 43 cases,ulcers were found in 46 cases,esophageal distal part were invaded in 19 cases,direct infiltration were found in 13 cases,distal metastasis were found in 19 cases, metastatic lymph nodes were found in 42 cases.Conclusion:By CT scanning,the size of the tumor,its local extension and infiltration,its relation to the adjacent structures and lymph node metastases could be demonstrated. It has important value for preoperative planning.
