甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗老年糖尿病的疗效观察

目的 探讨甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗老年糖尿病的临床疗效。方法2008年1月至2010年1月门诊或住院诊治的老年2型糖尿病患者246例，随机分为治疗组126例，对照组120例，治疗组采用甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗，对照组采用精蛋白锌重组人胰岛素混合注射液治疗；观察两组临床效果及B细胞功能变化。结果两组血糖达标时间比较，P〈0．05有显著差异性；两组胰岛素日用量、低血糖发生率比较，P〈0．01有显著差异性；治疗前、后C肽＋胰岛素释放试验检测比较P〈0．05有显著差异性。结论甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖能达到良好控制血糖，又能减少胰岛素用量，降低低血糖发生率，有效的改善β细胞功能。而且用药依从性良好的治疗老年2型糖尿病方案。

It is a good drug compliance and treatment program in elderly type 2 diabetes.
