| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨水解微弹簧圈（microplex coilsystem ＆ hydrocoil embolicsystem．MCS ＆ HES）栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的疗效。方法 10例颅内动脉瘤患者，均在静脉全麻下股动脉穿刺行全脑血管造影，采用MCS＆HES水解微弹簧圈栓塞治疗。结果 8例患者动脉瘤完全栓塞，90％栓塞2例，其中1例结合Neuroform支架栓塞，1例予球囊辅助。随访1～16个月，部分栓塞的1例复发。结论 水解微弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤效果确切，手术安全，并发症少，复发率低。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of microplex coil system & hydrocoil embolic system(MCS & HES) in embolizing intracranial aneurysm.Methods 10 cases of intracranial aneurysm underwent encephalon angiography by femoral arery puncture and embolized with MCS & HES.Results 8 cases were completely embolized,2 cases embolizated 90% in which one case was treated with combination of Neuroform stent and detachable coils and one case was treated by balloon assisted coil embolization.One case of partial embolism relapsed within 1 to 16 months follow-up.Conclusions Endovascular embolization with MCS & HES was a safe and effective method for intracranial aneurysm with few complication and low relapse rate. |
