摘    要:采用水浴法、微波辅助提取法与超声一微波协同萃取法提取黑果枸杞叶片多糖,确定最适提取方法.通过单因素试验和正交试验确定最优提取工艺.采用蒽酮一硫酸法测定多糖含量.结果表明:最佳提取方法为超声一微波协同萃取法.最优提取条件是:料液比为1:25,提取温度为90℃,提取时间为30 min,多糖平均提取率为10.07%,RSD:1.60%(n=3).回收率100.7%,RSD=1.84%(n=3).

Abstract:Water-bath,microwave assisted and ultrasonic-microwave assisted extraction techniques were applied to extract polysaccharides from Lycium rethenicum leaves and the optimal extraction method was selected by compared with others.Extraction Conditions were assured by a single factor and orthogonal experiments.Content of polysaccharides was determined by anthrone-sulphuric acid colorimetry.The results showed that Ultrasonicmicrowave extraction was the optimum extraction method.The results of an orthogonal exper...
