摘    要:研究了发泡镍网、粘结剂、烘干工艺、成形压力、憎水处理等成形工艺因素对发泡MH电极性能的影响,结果表明,选用合适的工艺流程与工艺参数,能制得能量密度高,快速充电性能好,循环寿命长的MH电极。

Abstract:Some technological factors affecting the performances of foamed metal hydrides (MH) electrodes, including foamed nickel substrate, binder, stoving process, shaping pressure and surface waterprooof treatment, have been studied systematically, It was found that the MH electrodes of high power density, fast charging performance and long operating lifetime can be produced using appropriate technological parameters and technological process.
