对甲氧基苯乙烯在离子液体中的正离子聚合

摘    要:以咪唑磷酸盐类离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐(bmim]PF6])作为溶剂,在-10℃下以2-氯-2,4,4-三甲基戊烷(TMPCl)、三氟化硼(BF3)为引发体系,实现了对甲氧基苯乙烯(p-MOS)的正离子聚合,得到的聚合物分子摩尔质量达到73 150g/mol,单体转化率超过93.4%。分析了反应温度对聚合的影响,聚合物分子摩尔质量以及聚合物末端结构等,提出了离子液体中对甲氧基苯乙烯正离子聚合的基元反应。并通过1 H-NMR对结构进行表征。研究证实bmim]PF6]离子液体中所得聚合物存在含氯末端基和双键末端两种末端结构。

Abstract:Cationic polymerization of p-Methoxystyrene (p-MOS)was achieved in imidazole phosphate ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate (bmim ]PF6 ]) with 2-chloro-2,4,4-trimethyl pentane (TMPCl ) and boron trifluoride (BF3 )as a initiating system at -10 ℃.The polymer molecular weight achieved 73 150 g/mol,and monomer conversion was more than 93.4%.The influence of reaction temperature and monomer concentrationon the polymerization was analyzed,and the molecular structure was characterized by 1 H-NMR.The results showed that there were two different ends structure of polymer,including chlorine end groups and double bond end groups,and the corresponding mechanism of cationic polymerization of p-Methoxystyrene in ionic liquid was proposed.
