复方地黄对AD大鼠脑组织中MAO、GS、r—GT活力的影响

摘    要:目的研究复方地黄对AD大鼠脑组奴中MAO、GS、r—GT活力的影响。方法D-丰乳糖皮下注射8周拟衰老,然后喹啉酸(QA)海马CA1区定位注射制作AD模型;用复方地黄治疗,西药对照给予脑复康;采用Morris水迷宫法测试行为学;检测脑组织中单氨氧化酶MAO、谷氨酰胺合成酶GS、r-L-谷氨酰转肤酶r—GT活力变化。结果两治疗组大鼠空间记忆能力较模型组大鼠有明显改善,两治疗组r—GT活力明显下降,GS活力明显升高,MAO活力也相应提高。结论治疗AD大鼠复方地黄有明显的疗效。

Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of compound DiHuang on the activities of MAO, GS, r-GT in the brain tissue of AD model rats. Methods Using D-galactose to accelerate aging process and quinolinic acid to damage neurons of hippocampal gyrus in rats to obtain AD-model-rats, the compound DiHuang was used in the experiment group, meanwhile comparing with Naofukang capsule in the control group. The levels of MAO?GS and r-GT in the serum were measured.Results Compound DiHuang can shorten the AD-rat incubation period in Morris water labyrinth comparing with the control, the activity of GS and MAO increased markedly, the activity of r-GT was decreased. Conclusions The compound DiHuang can improve pathology changes of AD-rat's brain.
