人性化护理管理对康复期精神分裂症患者的效果对照分析

目的：探讨人性化护理管理对康复期精神分裂症患者的效果。方法：将120例住院精神分裂症患者随机均分为观察组和对照组。在抗精神病药物治疗的同时，对照组实施传统的护理管理模式，而观察组实施规范化服务与护理、健康宣教、个性化心理调适、生活关怀、情感支持和文化护理等方面的人性化护理管理，8周后采用简明精神病评定量表（BPRS）、社会功能缺陷筛选量表（SDSS）和症状自评量表（SCL-90）进行评定。结果：治疗结束后，观察组BPRS总分值及各因子分（除激惹性与敌对猜疑外）、SDSS评分及SCL-90中的躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁及焦虑因子分显著低于对照组，差异有显著性（均P〈0．01）。结论：人性化护理管理对提高住院精神分裂症患者的生活质量，改善患者病情具有重要作用。

Efforts of the Humanism Nursing Management on Rehabilitation of Patients with Schizophrenia

Objective:To explore the nursing method for the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia.Methods:One hundred and twenty schizophrenic inpatients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,with each group having 60 patients.Both groups received the antipsychotic treatment.The patients in the observation group received the humanism nursing management such as heath education,individuation mental adapt,living concern,emotional support and cultural nursing for 8 weeks,while those in the control group were subjected to the traditional nursing management only.All subjects were assessed by BPRS,SDSS and SCL-90.Results: In the end of the treatment,the scores and subscores of the BPRS,SDSS and SCL-90 in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group(all P<0.01).Conclusions: The humanism nursing management plays an important role in improving the living quality and symptoms of schizophrenic inpatients.
