| 摘 要： | 目的 :在动物实验的基础上 ,实施以HA Bonecement复合人工骨作为植骨材料应用于临床腭板骨缺损的修复。方法 :就诊的有腭板骨缺损的先天性 Ⅱ°腭裂患者 4 0人 ,随机分为对照组和植骨组 ,植骨组腭板骨缺损利用HA Bonecement复合人工骨修复 ,术后 3个月复诊 ,植骨组患者行腭部CT扫描检查。结果 :腭部CT扫描显示植入人工骨愈合良好 ,植骨组语音改善明显优于对照组 (x2 =6 4 6,p <0 0 5 )。结论 :HA Bonecement复合人工骨可以作为临床腭板骨缺损修复材料 ;初步研究认为腭板骨缺损修复能改善腭咽闭合。

| Abstract: | Objective:Observation of the repairing effects with the compound artificial bone (HA Bone cement)in the hard palate cleft.Methods:40 Patients with cleft palate(Ⅱ°)were selected,each of them has hard palate cleft.They were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the implanted group.Each group has 20 patients.All the patients in implanted group were examined using the computer tomography after three months.Results:The computer tomography of palate showed that the implanted artificial bone healed wall,Significant difference was obtained in speaking.The implanted group was much better than the control group(x 2=6 46,p<0 05).Conclusion:The compound artificial bone of HA Bone cement can be used to repair the hard palate cleft.A primary clinical study proves that repairing of the hard palate cleft can improve the velopharyngeal function. |
