癫痫患儿红细胞免疫功能的研究

摘    要:目的 探讨红细胞免疫粘附功能与癫痫发作的关系。方法 采用酵母菌花环试验法对70例癫痫患儿及30例健康儿童(对照组)进行红细胞(C3b(RBC-C3b)受体花环率及红细胞免疫复合物RBC-IC)花环率检测,并进行比较。结果(1)癫痫组RBC-C3b受体花环率明显地姐;RBC-IC花环率明显高于对照组;(2)使用抗癫痫药物组患儿RBC-C3b受体花环率明显高于未使用抗癫痫药物组,RBC-IC花环率两组

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between the red blood cell (RBC) immunoadhensive function and epilepsy seizure. Methods The rosette rate of RBC C3b receptor and rosette rate of RBC IC were measured by using yeast rosette method in 70 children with epilepsy and 30 healthy children (control group). Results The levels of the rosette rate of RBC C3b receptor were lower in epilepsy group than in control group ( t = -9.01, P < 0.01); the levels of rosette rate of RBC IC were higher in epilepsy group than in control group ( t = 8 85, P <0 01). The levels of rosette rate of RBC C3b receptor were higher in patients taking antiepileptic drugs than patients without taking antiepileptic drugs ( t = 2 75, P< 0 05); while rosette rate of RBC IC had no significant difference between the patients with and without antiepileptic drugs ( t = -1 80, P > 0 05). There were no differences for the above indexes among the different types of epileptic syndromes ( F RBC C3b =0 081, F RBC IC =0 31, P > 0 05). Conclusions RBC immunoadhensive function showed significant decrease in child patients with epilepsy; RBC immunoadhensive function had no significant difference in various types of epileptic syndromes; the red cell immunoadhensive functions were improved by controlling epileptic seizure.
