摘    要:武钢乌龙泉矿地质条件复杂,岩体中裂隙较多。在生产爆破过程中,大块率和粉矿率都较高。为解决这个问题,本文提出采用不耦合装药爆破技术。本文首先探讨了不耦合装药的爆破作用,从增加应力波作用时间、降低作用在炮眼壁上的冲击压力峰值和增大应力波传给岩石的冲量三个方面分析了它改善爆破效果的原理,然后在乌龙泉矿进行了现场工业试验,通过比较耦合装药和不耦合装药的爆破效果和技术经济指标,得出不耦合装药不但可以降低大块率和粉矿率,取得较好的爆破效果,而且在经济上也是合理的。

Abstract:Due to the complicated geologic condition and plenty of fractured rockmass in Wulongqian Mine of WISCO, the boulders frequency and fine productivity are high. To solve the problem, the decoupling charge blasting is introduced. First, the action of decoupling charge blasting is disscued, which improves the effect of blasting from increasing the stress wave action time, reducing the shock pressure peak value on the hole wall and augmenting the impulse to the rock. Then, the industrial test is made to validate the decoupling charg. Comparing the coupling charg with the decoupling charg, throuth the effect of blasting and the technical and economical index, the latter is better, which not only can reduces the boulders frequency and fine productivity, but also is reasonable in economy.
