摘 要: | 本文介绍了电容型位置传感器的设计开发,通过与传统位置检测传感器以及其它相关传慼器的结构和特性的对比,突出了电容型位置传感器的优势一成本低、结构紧凑.在详细分析了电容型位置传感器的结构和检测原理的基础之上,详细介绍了如何设计关键部件PCB的开孔印制线条以及小球的选择.同时基于对该技术的扩展,又介绍了可衍生出的连续位置传感器和加速度传感器.最后结合电容检测芯片MLX90711,介绍了其在小家电领域一飞利浦智能电熨斗中的应用实例.

Abstract: | The design and development of a new type capacitive position sensor is expounded in this paper. Firstly, the capacitive position sensor are highlighted in its advantages of low cost and small package by being compared the structure and features with traditional position sensor and related sensor,. Then, based on the analysis of capacitive position sensor structure and detection principle and combined with figures, how to design the hole and trace on key component PCB as well as the ball choice are introduced. Meanwhile, the continuous position sensor and acceleration sensor are also presented based on the demand of technical expansion,. Finally, a typical application of capacitive position sensor in PHILLPS intelligent GC1530 in home appliance field is given unifying the capacitive position sensor MLX90711. |
