摘    要:为解决传统主成分分析在环境质量评价应用中的局限性并构造合理有效的大气环境质量综合指数,在利用改进的主成分方法并融合层次分析法(AHP)、聚类分析和判别分析方法的基础上,建立一种将主、客观指标赋权方法优点相结合并可准确可靠地判定样本点环境质量级别的大气环境质量评价模型,利用此模型对2个大气环境质量样本进行评价。结果表明:这是一种适合于大气环境质量综合定量评价且切实有效的方法模型,构造的大气环境质量综合指数有较强的实践价值。

Abstract:Against the limitation of traditional principal component analysis (PCA)in environmental quality assessment and for providing reasonable and effective atmospheric environmental integrated index, it is set up an atmospheric environmental quality assessment model by using improved method of PCA, the analytical hierarchy process(AHP), cluster analysis and discriminant analysis, which can judge environmental quality of samples with high stability and precision,which also synthesizes the merits of subjective and objective weighting methods. The two examples of assessment show this model is an effective and practical way to assessment of atmospheric environmental quality and the quality integrated index provided in this paper has more practical value.
