糖淋清治疗糖尿病泌尿系感染的临床研究

目的:观察糖淋清胶囊治疗糖尿病泌尿系感染的疗效。方法:对确诊为糖尿病泌尿系感染且中医辨证为湿热下注证者,采用随机方法分为两组,治疗组(103例)给予糖淋清胶囊,对照组(52例)给予阳性对照药三金胶囊,观察两组治疗前后症状积分、血糖、血脂、尿常规和尿细菌学检查的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率91.26％,对照组总有效率84.62％,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组在改善临床症状、降低血糖血脂方面,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:糖淋清胶囊能降低糖尿病泌尿系感染患者的血糖,改善尿检异常,具有明显的尿菌阴转作用,并能迅速消除临床症状,对糖尿病泌尿系感染有显著疗效。

Clinical Study on Tanglinqing on Diabetes Urinary Tract Infection

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Tanglinqing on diabetes urinary tract infection. Methods: The patients were randomized into the treatment group (103 cases, treated with Tanglinqing) and the control group (27 cases, treated with Sanjin capsules), who were definitely diagnosed diabetes urinary tract infection and damp invasion of lower energizer by differentiating syndrome of TCM. The changes of symptomatic scores, blood glucose, blood fat, urinalysis, uria bacteria test were observed before and after treated. Results: The total effective rate in the treatment group and the contral group were 91.26% and 70.00% respectively. The treatment group was superior to the contral group (P<0.05), especially in improving the clinical symptoms and reducing blood glucose and blood fat. Conclusions: Tanglinqing capsule can lower the blood glucose, improve the abnomal of urinalysis, obviously get rid of uria bacterium and rapidly relieve the clinical symptoms in the diabetes urinary tract infection patients. Tanglinqing capsule has notable effect on diabetes urinary tract infection.
