大肠癌患者使用奥沙利铂联合化疗的护理体会

目的大肠癌患者联合化疗过程中有效预防/治疗不良反应的护理措施。方法34例中、晚期大肠癌患者给予奥沙利铂（130mg/m2静脉滴注4h,化疗第1天,）,第1～5天5-氟尿嘧啶（450mg/m2静脉滴注,4h滴完）和亚叶酸钙（0.2静脉滴注,5-氟尿嘧啶前）联合治疗,21d重复疗程,每例患者完成至少2个周期。结果34例患者完全缓解（CR）2例,部分缓解（PR）18例,总有效率为%,有效的护理干预能减少不良反应的发生,使患者配合治疗,提高生存率。结论奥沙利铂联合化疗存在不同程度的毒副反应,治疗过程中做好心理护理,注意观察,及时处理,能减轻毒副反应,提高生存质量。

Colorectal cancer patients use oxaliplatin into nursing experience of combination chemotherapy

Objective Colorectal cancer patients with combination chemotherapy process effective prevention/treatment of adverse reactions nursing measures. Methods 34 patients with middle or late colorectal cancer （ 130 mg/m oxaliplatin into 2 static drops 4 h, 1 day）, chemotherapy, 1 - 5 days 5-fluorouracil （450 mg/m 2 static, finish）and presents the drip drip folic acid calcium （0. 2 static ,5-fluorouracil and former）combination therapy,21 days,every patients repeated cycles at least 2 cycle. Results 34 patients with complete remission （CR） ,2 cases of 24 patients（PR） , the total effective rate was 76. 47% , effective nursing intervention can reduce adverse reaction, make patient treatment, improve survival. Conclusion oxaliplatin into combination chemotherapy there exists different degree of adverse reaction, treatment process to observe, psychological nursing, timely handling, can reduce adverse reaction, improve the quality of life.
