喉罩全身麻醉联合神经阻滞麻醉在高龄病人髋部手术中的应用效果

高龄髋部骨折患者的围手术期耐受力较差,选择合理的麻醉方法非常重要。本文共研究了79例该类患者,其中对照组气管插管全麻39例,观察组喉罩全身麻醉联合神经阻滞麻醉40例,对两组病人进行心率、血压水平、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)比较。结果显示观察组心率、血压变化水平小于对照组(P＜0.05),VAS低于对照组(P＜0.05)。对高龄患者进行髋部手术时,对其进行喉罩全身麻醉联合神经阻滞麻醉,其麻醉效果相对比较理想,而且能快速康复。

Application effects of LMA general anesthesia combined with nerve blocking anesthesia in hip surgeries for senile patients

Senile patients with hip fracture have poor perioperative tolerance, so it is very important to choose reasonable anesthesia methods.A total of 79 cases of these patients were studied, including 39 cases of general anesthesia in the control group and 40 cases of laryngeal mask general anesthesia combined with nerve block anesthesia in the experimental group; the two groups were compared for the heart rate, blood pressure, and VAS score, the results showed that the changes of heart rate and blood pressure in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and VAS was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Based on these, it is concluded that in hip surgeries for senile patients, LMA general anesthesia combined with nerve blocking anesthesia could produce satisfactory anesthetic effect, which is of clinical significance for the rapid recovery of senile patients.
