摘    要:针对新一代调控系统体系架构变化带来的系统结构复杂度增大以及应用关联性增强的问题,面向调控系统运维的实际需求,文中分析了一体化运维技术在新一代调控系统中的重要性,提出适应新一代调控系统体系架构的一体化运维整体解决方案,介绍了一体化运维支撑软硬件架构、新一代调控系统运行状态评价指标,以及调控系统运行信息采集、监视预警和故障处置等一体化运维相关关键技术。

Abstract:Along with the architectural evolvement of new generation dispatching and control system, the structure of the system becomes more complex and the interaction among application softwares is much closer. To satisfy the practical requirements of maintenance in the system operation, this paper analyzes the importance of the integration of operation and maintenance technologies in the new generation dispatching and control system, and proposes an integrated operation and maintenance solution scheme that adapts to the architecture of new generation dispatching and control system. Software and hardware architectures supporting integrated operation and maintenance are introduced, and indices on the evaluation of operation status for new generation dispatching and control system are presented. Moreover, relevant key technologies of integrated operation and maintenance including data acquisition from dispatching and control system, monitoring and pre-warning and fault disposal are clarified.
