| 摘 要： | 以正常小鼠和抗生素介导肠道菌群失衡的小鼠为动物试验模型,采用纳豆芽孢杆菌制剂进行体内灌胃试验和Miseq方法研究纳豆芽孢杆菌制剂对小鼠肠道菌群的影响并进行生物信息分析。分析多样本间的肠道菌群的多样性和单样本的门水平及属水平上的分类情况;通过聚类分析方法分析小鼠肠道菌群在不同时间的变化情况,并对纳豆芽孢杆菌制剂进行剂量分析。
