| 摘 要： | 目的：探明云南省墨江县鼠疫菌的生物学特性。方法：应用琼脂糖凝胶电泳、毒力决定子检查及生化试验方法，检查了１９９６年３月分离自墨江县鼠疫菌的质粒ＤＮＡ、毒力决定子和生化特性。结果：该县鼠疫菌可观测到分子量为４、６、４５和６５Ｍｄａｌ四种质粒，部分菌株缺失４５Ｍｄａｌ质粒。具有四种质粒的菌株都能表达Ｆｒａ、Ｖｗａ、Ｐｓｔ和Ｃｏｇ，但缺失４５Ｍｄａｌ质粒者为Ｖｗａ。菌株具有滇闽居民区生态型特征，未发现该县菌株生态型与质粒种类相关。结论：该县存在家鼠鼠疫疫源地，流行的主要因素为疫源地的复燃

| Abstract: | objective:To search for the characteristics of Yersinia pestis isolated from Mojiang County in Yunnan Province Methods:Using sepharose electrophoresis,detection of virulent determinants and bilchemical test to exame the plasmid DNA,virulent determinants and biochemical characteristics of Yersinia pestis isolated from Mojiang County of Yunnan Province in March,1996 Results:Four types of plasmids with 4,6,45 and 65 Mdal of molecular weight were found,but the plasmid with 45 Mdal was lost in some strains The strains with above four types of plasmids can express Fra,Vwa,Pst and Cog,but the strains without 45 Mdal can not express Vwa The observed strains possess the features of Dian-Min ecological type The ecological types of the strains are not related to the kinds of the plasmids Conclusion:The plague focus of house rats exists in Mojiang County and the Prevalence of plague is due to the recrudescence of the focus |
