骨盆调整结合中药足浴治疗暂时性髋关节滑膜炎临床观察

目的:观察骨盆调整结合中药足浴治疗暂时性髋关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例暂时性髋关节滑膜炎患者随机分为两组,试验组60例采取骨盆调整结合中药足浴治疗方案,对照组60例采取下肢布牵引结合磁热疗法治疗方案。比较两组的疗效、疼痛改善程度,通过高频超声检测比较两组髋关节积液深度、股骨颈前间隙及股骨前方滑膜厚度,通过红外热像检测比较两组髋关节前侧皮肤温度。结果:试验组有效率为88.3%,对照组有效率为73.3%,试验组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后疼痛评分(VAS)均有明显改善,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后试验组髋关节积液深度少于对照组(P<0.05),股骨前方滑膜厚度差值小于对照组(P<0.05),两组股骨颈前间隙差值无明显差异(P>0.05);两组治疗后红外热像值比较,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采取骨盆调整结合中药足浴的治疗方案,对于暂时性髋关节滑膜炎具有良好的临床疗效,可操作性高,值得进行推广。

Clinical effect evaluation of pelvic adjustment combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath in the treatment of temporary hip synovitis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of pelvic adjustment combined with traditional Chinese medi?cine foot bath in the treatment of temporary hip synovitis.Methods:120 patients with temporary hip synovitis were ran?domly divided into experimental group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases).The pelvic adjustment therapy combined with foot bath was applied in the experimental group while Lower limb traction combined with magnetocaloric therapy was used in the control group.The effective rate and pain improvement of the two groups were analyzed and compared.The amount of effusion in the hip joint,the anterior space of the femoral head and the thickness of the synovial mem?brane in front of the hip joint were compared by high-frequency ultrasound,and the skin temperature in front of the hip joint was compared by infrared thermography.Results:The effective rate of the experimental group was 88.3%,which was better than of the control group of 73.3%(P<0.05).The pain score(VAS)of the two groups were both significantly improved,and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Through high-frequency ultrasound detection,the depth of hip joint effusion in the experimental group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference between the affected side and the healthy side of the femoral anterior joint thickness was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Through infrared ther?mography detection,the infrared thermal image value in the experiment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of pelvic adjustment combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath has good clinical efficacy in treating temporary hip synovitis.It is highly operable and recommend to apply in the clinic practicing.
