开放空间视角下城市绿地概念的现代演变

从历史角度看,城市规划领域的绿地与开放空间用地概念同源,二者的关系界定也曾引起城市规划专业内的争论,但在我国的城市规划体系发展过程中,随着绿地系统规划专业化发展,绿地概念的内涵逐渐缩窄,而开放空间概念较为泛化,绿地与开放空间用地的关系逐渐分离。2012年颁布的新版《城市用地分类与规划建设用地标准(GB 50137-2011)》中绿地与广场用地合并形成“开放空间用地”的新举措是对二者关系的再界定。在这一背景下,绿地系统规划应该在以绿化要素为主要对象的基础上,进一步关注开放空间系统的整体发展要求。

MODERNIZED EVOLUTION OF URBAN GREEN SPACE FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF OPEN SPACE

From a historical perspective,green space and open space in urban planning of China are from the same source in the context of land use,and a debate has also been aroused on how to define the relationship between the two.However,in the development process of Chinese urban planning system,the two concepts gradually divorced with the narrowing of green space and broadening connotation of open space in the specialized developing process of green space system planning.In the Code for Classification of Urban Land Use and Planning Standards of Development Land (GB 50137-2011) issued in 2012,the land use of green space and square was merged into open space,which redefined the two concepts.Under this background,green space system planning should not only focus on greening effect,but also pay much more attention to the overall development need of open space system.
