| 摘 要： | 目的]观察益气软坚汤治疗肝硬化腹水临床疗效。方法]对36例肝硬化腹水患者以益气化瘀软汤治疗。结果]一级疗效16例,占44.4%;二级疗效10例,占27.7%;三级疗效7例,占19.4%;无效3例,占8.3%;总有效率91.7%。结论]益气软坚汤治疗肝硬化腹水临床疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Ruanjian Decoction on cirrhosis ascites. Method] 36 cases of cirrhosis ascites were treated with Yiqi Ruanjian Decoction. Result] 16 case in Grade-1 effect, occupying 44.4%; 10 Grade-II, 27.7%; 7 Grade-III, 19.4%, 3 had no effect, 8.3%; the total effective rate was 91.7%. Conclusion] It had definite curative effect to treat cirrhosis ascites with Yiqi Ruanjian Decoction. |
