早期宫颈癌年轻患者卵巢移位术后对卵巢功能的影响

目的：探讨早期宫颈癌年轻患者根治与卵巢移位术对卵巢功能的影响.方法：46例宫颈癌Ⅰa～Ⅱa期年轻患者,在行宫颈癌根治术时行双侧卵巢移位术,分析术前、术后血清性激素E2、FSH与LH.采用改良Kuppermann评分法评估卵巢功能.结果：术后1个月,接受放疗的患者,血清E2水平（69.24±29.61）pg/ml,与不接受放疗的患者血清E2水平（63.51±24.37）pg/ml比较,差异无统计学意义（P=0.112）;术后6个月,两组患者血清E2水平也没有明显差异.同期FSH和LH则先升高后回落.手术治疗前后患者Kuppermann评分比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论：早期宫颈癌年轻患者根治术时行卵巢移位术能保留良好卵巢功能.

The influence of ovarian transposition on ovarian function in young patients with early cervical cancer

Results： 1 months after operation, patients undergoing radiotherapy, the level of serum E2 （69. 24±29. 61） pg/ml, and a patients not undergoing radiotherapy radiotherapy with serum E2 levels（63.51±24.37） pg/ml, there was no significant difference（P=0. 112） ; 6 months after opera tion, no significant difference of serum E2 levels in the two groups. The same FSH and LH increased and then dropped. Kuppermann score before and after treatment, there was no significant difference （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Ovarian transposition in young patients with cancer radical surgery for early stage ovarian can preserve ovarian function and improve the quality of life.
