通里攻下法治疗外科危重病（附40例报告）

通过对八年重症胰腺炎（ＡＰＳＴ）、重症胆管炎（ＡＣＳＴ）、脓毒性休克（ＳＳ）中西医结合急下存阴治疗组与西医常规处理对照组治疗结果的回顾性总结，说明＂急下存阴＂严重影响重症急腹症的预后。指出ＡＰＳＴ、ＡＣＳＴ、ＳＳ共同的病理损害环节是内毒素（ＥＴ）介导的细胞因子对机体造成的严重损害和肠屏障功能受损、肠过细菌易位导致的肠源性感染。急下存阴治疗阻断上述病理过程。

Method of Urgent Purgation with Preservation of Yin in Severe Acute Abdomen

With the experience in treating acute pancreatitis of severe type(APST),acute cholangitis of severe type(ACST)and septic shock(SS)by integrated medicine (mainly by the method of urgent purgation with preservation of Yin)and by conventional western medicine therapy(as control) it was suggested that the prognosis of severe acute abdominal diseases could be seriously affected by the method of urgent purgation with preservation of Yin.As the common pathologic lesion of APST,ACST and SS is an enterogenic infection caused by severe body damage and functional impairment of gut barrier with migration of enterogenic microorganisms induced by endotoxin-mediated cytokines,therapy of urgent purgation with presevation of Yin might block the pathologic processes as mentioned above.
