风湿通痹胶囊提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的:研究复方风湿通痹胶囊最佳提取工艺.方法:采用正交试验法进行优选,高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸的含量、薄层扫描法测定青藤碱的含量.结果:金银花最佳提取工艺为加水6倍量,提取3次,每次0.5 h;青风藤最佳提取工艺为70%乙醇7倍量,提取2次,每次1.5 h.结论:所选提取工艺各有效成分提取率高.

Abstract:Objective:The optimal extraction technology of Fengshitongbi capsule was investigated in this study.Methods:Orthogonal tests were employed for optimum of extraction technology,the determination of the contents of Chlorogenic acid and Sinomenine were gained by HPLC and TLC-scanning respectively.Results:Six volume of water,extracting 3 times with half an hour each time,and seven volume of 70% ethanol,extracting two times with one and a half hour each time were considered the optimum extraction technology of Flos Lonicerae and Caulis Sinomenii as well as Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae respectively.Conclusion:The considerable extraction rate of active components in the drugs is achieved by applying the selected technology.
