| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的病因及手术方法的选择。方法：应用传统鞘管切除术治疗指屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎49例。结果：49例指屈腱狭窄性腱鞘炎经传统鞘管切除术治疗，全部治愈，无一例复发。结论：应用传统鞘管切除术治疗指屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎，无神经、肌腱损伤等并发症，术后无复发，疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the etiology of trigger finger and its operational choice. Method: Traditional tenosynovectomy was used to treat 49 cases with trigger finger. Results: All the patients were cured by traditional tenosynovectomy. Conclusions: The traditional tenosynovectomy method in the treatment of trigger finger can avoid the complication of nerve and tendon injuries without recurrence. Therapeutic effect has been improved entirely. |
