摘    要:以2-氯-3-氰基吡啶为起始原料,设计并合成了一系列1,3,4-噻二唑取代的N-(噻吩并吡啶)乙酰胺类新化合物。所有化合物或中间体结构经1H NMR、13C NMR、IR和MS确认。初步生物活性测试结果表明,部分化合物具有较高的抑菌或杀虫活性。

Abstract:A series of novel N-(thieno2,3-b]pyridin-3-yl)acetamide compounds with substituent of 1,3,4-thiadiazole were designed and synthesized starting from 2-chloronicotinonitrile.The structures of all target compounds or intermediates were confirmed by1H NMR,13C NMR,IR and MS.The preliminary bioassay results showed that some of the compounds exhibited antifungal insecticidal activities.
