| 摘 要： | 以新型老年公寓为研究对象,分析了国内外老年公寓的现状与存在问题,探索了老龄化背景下新型老年公寓的设计思路和方法,提出了老年公寓的设计既要为老年人提供健康的居住空间和必要的医护设施,又要创造各种无障碍的交往活动空间。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the current situation and the existing problems of the apartment for the aged home and abroad, this paper tries to explore the concept and methods of new type apartment for the aged, and points out that the apartment for the aged should provide not only healthy living spaces, necessary medical facilities, but also kinds of barrier free spaces design for communication and activities. |
